With the ownership of Kale Group and support of Turkish Informatics Foundation, Canakkale Smarrt City Transformation Project , run by “To the Smart Future of Canakkale”, Smart City Seminar Event was organized on 30th of March 2017. Mayor of Canakkale, Orhan Tavli and all the related organizations attended to the event where the audience was informed about the project in detail and also delivered a loaded content of Smart Cities Seminar. The Smart City Canakkale Project was followed by the Search Conference on 31st of March where all the representatives of the related organizations attended.

Ms. Rana Birden, Corporate Government Affairs Director and Mr. Cagdas Ergin, General Secretary of Turkish Informatics Foundation delivered opening speeches about the project.

Mr. Orhan Tavli, The Mayor of Canakkale stated that he’ll be supporting the Smart City Canakkale Project during his speech.

After the speech of Mr. Tavli, Ms. Berrin Benli, Co-Founder of Novusens Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute, delivered Smart City Seminar and also informed the audience about the project.

On 31st of March, 2017, Canakkale Smart City Search Conference was organized with the participation of the related organizations’ representatives. The current issues and needs of Canakkale and also Smart City Vision of Canakkale were identified through a collaborative study.
